Practitioner Introduction

Hello and welcome. I have been trained in EFT for the last 6 years and qualified as an Advanced practitioner in 2025. I am also qualified in NLP, meditation, forest bathing and as a qualified Senco. I combine these skills to work mainly with children and families who have experienced trauma, particularly school based trauma and who subsequently may not be living to their full potential due to depression, anxiety and such like. I am a mum of 5 myself, two with additional needs and offer a gentle and relaxed approach when working with children. I am very friendly and skilled at working intuitively.
