About This Practitioner
Hi, I'm Mandy — a Registered Mental Health Nurse with 19 years' experience in the NHS, and an EFT and Matrix Reimprinting practitioner.
Over the years I've seen first-hand how much of our wellbeing lives in the connection between mind and body, and that's what drew me to this work — helping people gently release what's been holding them back, at their own pace, in a safe and supportive space. I trained with Karl Dawson, the founder of Matrix Reimprinting, so you're in safe, experienced hands.
Outside of sessions, you'll usually find me out in the camper van, drumming in nature, or spending time with my family — I believe in practising what I preach when it comes to balance and joy in life!

My clinical background means I understand how anxiety, trauma, and stress show up in both mind and body — not just in theory, but from years of working alongside people through it. That grounding shapes how I use EFT and Matrix Reimprinting, gently addressing root causes rather than just managing symptoms.
