Practitioner Introduction

Hi, I'm Helen 🙂

Having worked as an Occupational Therapist and Leader in the NHS for 40 years, I have now brought together all of my experience as a Mindset Coach, utilising EFT and Matrix Reimprinting, alongside NLP, my years in the NHS and my lived experience.

I live in Leicester, in the UK with my family and lurcher Finn.
When I'm not coaching, I enjoy gardening, dabbling in abstract art and have recently started to learn Tai Chi and joined a choir, both of which give me immense joy.

I work mainly via zoom with some in person sessions, available on request
