About This Practitioner

I help clients explore the beliefs, emotions and protective patterns formed during moments of overwhelm, fear, disconnection or trauma. My work is compassionate, steady and always led by your nervous system’s pace.

I support clients with:

Anxiety and chronic worry

Depression and low mood

Trauma, PTSD and C‑PTSD

Stress, burnout and overwhelm

Panic attacks

Performance anxiety

Low self‑worth, shame and self‑criticism

Grief and loss

Phobias and fear responses

Eating‑related or compulsive patterns (as part of wider support)

Relationship and attachment wounds

I have a particular interest in neurodiversity, especially the emotional landscape and often complex trauma experienced by ADHD women, as well as the unique sensitivities and pressures carried by artists and creatives.

I offer in‑person sessions for women in Sutton, Surrey, and online sessions for men and women worldwide.

Other Expertise

Before this chapter, I trained as an actress, spent years as a professional singer and vocal coach, and continue to write and produce my own music. I know the creative nervous system from the inside, and that lived experience shapes the way I support performers and creatives today.

I also run ADHD Breakthrough, where I specialise in the emotional patterns, identity wounds and often complex trauma experienced by ADHD women. The overlap between ADHD and creativity is significant - sensitivity, intensity, divergent thinking, and a lifelong sense of being “different” often sit at the core of both.

Because I’ve lived several creative lives myself, followed multiple callings, and navigated the challenges of an ADHD nervous system, I understand how these threads weave together. That understanding informs the way I work with clients who are artists, creatives, neurodivergent, or all three.
