Practitioner Introduction

At Shristi counselling and therapy centre, I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and change. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their inner selves and overcome personal challenges.
My approach is eclectic, holistic and collaborative. I work with clients to identify their goals and develop a personalised treatment plan that incorporates a variety of techniques, including EFTMRA & mindfulness. As a psychotherapist, I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life's challenges, heal from past wounds, and discover their true potential. Witnessing the transformation and resilience of my clients brings me immense joy and fulfilment.

I believe in the importance of addressing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit in the therapeutic process. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I may incorporate elements of mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and somatic experiencing to promote holistic healing and well-being.
