Practitioner Introduction

My working career began in The British Parachute Regiment, in the late 80’s early 90’s which gave the firm foundations he has since worked from.
Andy later joined Cumbria Fire & Rescue Service, serving for 16 years as a Firefighter, and as a result of traumatic work-related incidents, developed PTSD
my recovery was greatly aided by EFT, Hypnotherapy and Kinetic Shift Technique. my first-hand experience of the power of these techniques, led me to becoming a qualified practitioner so i could use these skills to enable others to find their own way out of Anxiety, Stress, Trauma.
I have since ran a full time practice, supporting people through PTSD and trauma, I now runs workshops and talks helping give others Hope. Helping, Other, People, Evolve,
