I have been caring for people's health in West Yorkshire since 2002. My acupuncture practice is rooted in traditional chinese medicine (TCM); an ancient medicine system which treats you holistically by recognising how your body, mind and emotions can impact your quality of life. I recognise how our emotions are intrinsically linked with energy flow (qi) and how this can present when it becomes disrupted. I often combine my different modalities to offer a holistic approach unique for every client. I am very much dedicated to empowering my clients to achieve balance and fulfillment in your life.

I offer a calm, peaceful and space in my clinic if you wish to work with me face to face. Or I can work with you online, from the comfort of your own home.

About This Practitioner

Amanda is an experienced practitioner who is passionate about physical and emotional wellbeing and the mind/body connection, especially in women's health. Her energy work can often bring up emotions that can be worked through with EFT to address past trauma and associated memories, releasing trapped emotions safely and gently.

She offers midlife mentoring for women that includes a combination of menstrual cycle awareness and conscious menopause; recognising how this part of your life can bring up past life events, traumas and regrets to the surface. If these emotions are not worked through as they arise, they will repress into your subconcious, only to resurface at a later date and stop you from moving onwards in your life. EFT is a lifelong tool that can help you move smoothly through this phase of your life.
