Complete an immersive three-day EFT training designed to build personal confidence with EFT while developing the foundational skills to begin using it with others.

EFT Levels 1 & 2 Overview

Join trainers Mele Vallee and Aspen Vallee for three days of experiential learning, practice, and connection as you build a strong foundation in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).

Levels 1 & 2 are taught together in an immersive format, allowing you to move from understanding and applying EFT for yourself into developing the skills needed to confidently and ethically support others.

Throughout the training, we’ll move beyond simply learning the tapping points or following tapping scripts. You’ll learn how to identify specific events, emotional triggers, core beliefs, and patterns; how to structure an EFT session; and how to gently follow what emerges while maintaining appropriate pacing, boundaries, and consent.

The training combines teaching, live demonstrations, guided exercises, partner practice, and supervised skill development so you have opportunities to both experience EFT personally and practice facilitating it with others.

You’ll also be introduced to the foundational principles of Matrix Reimprinting, preparing you for continued Matrix Reimprinting practitioner training and deeper work with memories, beliefs, and earlier experiences.

Who This Training Is For

This training is open to both aspiring practitioners and those who want to learn EFT for their own personal growth.

It may be especially supportive for coaches, therapists, birth workers, wellness professionals, educators, caregivers, parents, and individuals interested in emotional wellbeing and personal development.

No previous EFT experience is required.

What You’ll Learn

Over the three days, you’ll explore:

• The foundations of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
• How to use EFT for personal emotional regulation and self-support
• How to move from general tapping into specific events and emotional experiences
• Identifying emotional triggers, limiting beliefs, and underlying patterns
• Foundational EFT session structure and facilitation
• Working with clients in a collaborative, client-centered way
• Trauma-informed pacing and nervous system awareness
• Consent, ethics, boundaries, and scope of practice
• Live demonstrations and supervised partner practice
• Foundational principles of Matrix Reimprinting
• Preparation for continued Matrix Reimprinting practitioner development

By the end of the training, our intention is for you to leave with both a deeper personal understanding of EFT and a grounded foundation for beginning to integrate EFT into your work with others within appropriate scope and guidelines.

Certification for EFT Levels 1 & 2 is available upon successful completion of the course requirements. Participants will also receive comprehensive training materials and resources for continued study and practice.
