Practitioner Introduction

I am an EFT and Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner and Trainer, and I have been immersed in the world of EFT for over a decade.

My background spans psychology, birth and postpartum support, natural medicine, and emotional wellbeing, but at the heart of my work is a deep curiosity about the experiences and patterns that shape who we become.

I am passionate about helping people become active participants in their own healing - creating greater freedom and choice in the present while becoming more conscious of what we carry forward into our relationships, our families, and future generations.

Increasingly, my work is focused on bringing EFT and Matrix Reimprinting into the birth and family continuum, from preconception and pregnancy through birth, postpartum, parenthood, and intergenerational healing.

About This Practitioner

My relationship with EFT began over a decade ago as part of my own journey of healing and self-discovery. Since then, my path has taken me around the world - through different cultures and spiritual traditions, walking the Camino de Santiago, periods of silence and deep inner listening, and ultimately into a continual process of returning home to myself.

Through these experiences, I have come to see healing less as fixing what is wrong with us and more as remembering who we are beneath the stories, conditioning, and experiences we have accumulated. I believe we are multidimensional beings with an innate wisdom and divinity that is always available to us.

EFT and Matrix Reimprinting have remained powerful companions on that journey. I love their ability to take us beyond intellectual understanding and into direct experience - creating space to meet our emotions, beliefs, memories, and younger parts with curiosity and compassion, while opening new possibilities for how we experience ourselves and our lives.

My approach is intuitive, creative, experiential, and deeply rooted in sovereignty. Whether I am working one-on-one or teaching a room of practitioners, my intention is to create spaces where people feel safe to explore, reconnect with their own inner knowing, and ultimately return more fully to themselves.

A growing devotion within my work is the birth and family continuum - from preconception and pregnancy through birth, postpartum, and parenthood. I am particularly interested in how our own birth experiences, early imprints, ancestral patterns, and family stories shape what we carry into creating a family.

My vision is for emotional, nervous-system, and spiritual preparation to become a natural part of preparing to welcome new life - so that babies can be welcomed into greater peace and connection, and parents can enter this transition rooted in their own sovereignty, consciousness, and inner power.

Other Expertise

A growing focus of my work is applying EFT and Matrix Reimprinting throughout the birth and family continuum.

I offer individual sessions, workshops, and groups supporting birth fear and emotional birth preparation, including fears around pain, medical interventions, C-sections, loss of control, complications, and previous difficult birth experiences.

I am especially passionate about Birth Reimprinting - using Matrix Reimprinting to explore difficult or traumatic birth experiences and create a new internal experience of safety, choice, connection, and support. This work can also include exploring our own birth and early-life experiences and the emotional imprints they may have left behind.

My work also extends into preconception and conscious family formation, supporting individuals and couples in exploring the beliefs, fears, childhood experiences, relationship patterns, and family stories they may be carrying into parenthood.

I have a particular interest in ancestral and intergenerational patterns and how we can become more conscious of what we want to carry forward - and what we are ready to relate to differently - for future generations.
