Hello there! I am an integrative psychotherapist and energy psychotherapist ( E.P). I have been in private practice for over 20 years and have used E.P. approaches increasingly over the past 10 years. I do in-person sessions from my home in Stockwell, SW9, and also work online via Zoom.

I have completed multiple Trauma-Focused Energy Psychology courses.
Over the past twenty-plus years, I have engaged with ongoing learning in many approaches. I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist and supervisor, and I am an experienced COSRT-registered psychosexual and couples therapist and supervisor. I have been a staff member at CCPE ( Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education since 2007, where I teach, facilitate groups, training weekends, and supervise.
I have engaged in ongoing learning and development through E.P. and trauma work. I am fascinated by how E.P. heals and integrates swiftly and profoundly. I enjoy working creatively with imagery, dreams, and archetypes, but I meet clients where they are and follow their process closely. I am part of the teaching team at EPT (Energy Psychotherapy Training), where I am a co-director.
