Practitioner Introduction

I’m an EFT and Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner and EFTi Master Trainer. My approach is warm, gentle and collaborative, and I work at your pace, without pushing you to disclose or explore anything before you feel ready.

I support people with trauma, stress and anxiety, grief and loss, infertility, emotional overwhelm, confidence and recurring patterns that may be keeping them stuck.

About This Practitioner

I work with people who want to change the emotional charge of experiences, beliefs or patterns that continue to affect how they feel and respond today.

You may know exactly what you want to work on, or you may simply have the feeling that something is keeping you stuck. You don’t need to work out where an issue comes from before we begin. We start with what is happening for you now and gently follow what emerges.

My particular areas of interest include trauma and emotionally charged memories, stress and anxiety, grief and loss, infertility and the emotional impact of fertility and its treatment, fears and phobias, confidence and self-worth, difficult life transitions, emotional distress associated with chronic pain, and work-related pressure and performance anxiety.

I particularly value the flexibility of combining different tapping techniques. Often our work takes us back to experiences that continue to carry emotional intensity in the present. At other times, we may work with current patterns, strengthen resources, or use the work to connect with and reimprint the future you would like to create.

My approach is gentle and individual. I won’t hurry you or expect you to disclose more than feels right. I bring my professional experience and skills to the session while respecting that you know your own experience from the inside.

We work together, at your pace.

Other Expertise

I am also trained in Picture Tapping Technique and Clinical Hypnotherapy, which give me additional ways of working when they are appropriate for the individual client.

Infertility is a particular area of interest in my practice. I support people with the often complex emotions surrounding infertility and fertility treatment, including grief, uncertainty, fear, anger, jealousy, disappointment and loss of control.

Alongside my individual client work, I run face-to-face EFT Tapping Group Circles in London and design tailored EFT workshops and Lunch & Learn sessions for organisations. Corporate sessions can address areas including stress and pressure, emotional resilience, confidence, communication, performance, motivation, presentation anxiety and sales-related fears such as rejection.

I also train and mentor EFT practitioners with EFT International.
