DESCRIPTION:Training Dates are every Thursday and Friday\, 2.00 – 8.00 pm GMT ( Starting January 23rd 2025 with 6 sessions followed by a 2-week break and then a further 6 sessions) ***\n \nThe programme begins on January 23\, 2025\, and will run on Thursdays and Fridays from 2 PM to 8 PM for 6 weeks.
