I decided to pursue becoming a therapist after overcoming my own trauma and a near death out of body experience in childhood. I now strive to help others overcome trauma, limiting beliefs and emotional and energetic blocks. I am able to feel and hold an energetic space for clients to feel safe and fully supported during sessions. Most of my experience is through helping clients with; anxiety, PTSD, self-esteem, trauma, spiritual growth, guilt, and other limiting beliefs.
