It will lead on from the first training but will be a deeper dive into specific losses and bereavements. As you know all those who experience grief will have a unique experience but there can be common feelings\, thoughts and emotions with different losses from the loss of a child\, to a parents\, to a sibling and many more. We will be exploring why understanding attachment theory and the stages of grief development can be extremely helpful when working with clients. Also as we know the importance of beliefs in MR \, this training takes a deep dive into death beliefs. This training will help you be best prepared to help clients with their specific loss. \nIf you have completed my level 1 specialist practitioners grief training then this is the perfect follow on  training where you will: \n\nLearn more about specific losses & bereavements\nLearn how best to support your client with their individual needs\nGain a greater understanding how EFT & Matrix Reimprinting can support different losses\nGain an insight into ways of helping your client integrate their losses\nWhere appropriate\, guide client on how to continue bonds with their loved ones\nExplore attachment theory and grief\nLearn about grief developmental stages and how they affect your grieving client\nExplore how neurodiversity can affect grief\nBeliefs around death and their affects on grief\nContinuing bonds\nMuch more\n\nThe training will run over a 6 week period for 2 hours each week online starting Thursday 4th June 2026 6pm-8pm.

DESCRIPTION:ТЕХНИКИТЕ ЗА ЕМОЦИОНАЛНА СВОБОДА (EFT)\, са най-известния метод от ново направление в психологията\, наречено енергийна психология. Те комбинират достиженията на когнитивните (аналитичните) терапии от западната медицинска наука с древното източно знание за тялото и фините (меридианни) енергии\, които протичат в него. Това са енергиите\, които се регистрират със съвременните медицински уреди при правене на електро-кардиограма\, електро-енцефалограма и др. \nСамата техника представлява потупване с пръсти по 10-на акупунктурни точки\, докато се изпитва негативната емоция\, което помага за бързото\, в рамките на няколко минути\, освобождаване от неприятното чувство. С медицински изследвания е установено\, че това изпраща успокоителен сигнал до центъра в мозъка\, отговарящ за реакцията ни „борба или бягство“. Този сигнал прекъсва връзката между мисълта\, чувството и физическото усещане на тялото\, които съответстват на това негативно усещане. „Изтриването“ на негативното чувство възстановява капацитета за рационално мислене и способностите за намиране на решения. \nВ над 100 научни изследвания ТЕС показва висока ефективност при депресии\, фобии\, тревожни и компулсивни разстройства\, ПТСР\, безсъние\, алергии\, пристрастявания към алкохол\, цигари и др.\, свръхтегло\, болки и физически заболявания. С тази техника е по-достъпно от всякога да влезем в блестяща физическа форма и да подобрим самочувствието си.
