As an EFT Trainer and Advanced Practitioner since 2003 I am passionate about bringing EFT into the world to transform lives, shift limiting beliefs, and help individuals break through personal barriers.

I offer live trainings in the North of England which are open to those new and curious about EFT and experienced therapists alike.

Hello, I’m Aspen, an EFT Trainer immersed in the realms of Psychology, Biology, and currently pursuing a PhD in Natural Medicine. My journey from traditional Western medicine to holistic healing has shaped my unique approach, emphasizing the interconnectedness of emotions and overall well-being. Specializing in transforming ancestral and future lineages, my passion extends to supporting those with parenthood aspirations. Through a holistic lens, I guide individuals in unraveling the profound connection between emotions and health, inviting you to join me on a transformative journey towards holistic well-being.

I work exclusively with children and teens (also usually mother and sometimes siblings) using a blend of whatever works ,basically.
That will always include EFT and PTT and Matrix Reimprinting.
I aim to make sessions fun and empowering, leaving them with tools such as tapping that they can use ongoing, especially before and during school, and before bed.
